I am in the teens!! I couldn't believe my eyes this morning when I weighed myself... soooooo excited!
216.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2217 kcal Fat: 46.78g | Prot: 59.95g | Carb: 413.58g.   Breakfast: great value rasin bran, apple. Lunch: smart balance, iceberg lettuce, Welch's concord grape jelly , jif creamy peanut butter, brownberry wholegrain oatnut. Dinner: linguine, brownberry whole gran oatnut bread. Snacks/Other: popsicle no sugar added fudgesicle, non dairy creamers, apple, archer farms organic fruit strips, babby carrots. more...
losing 8.0 lb a week
