It's Transformation Tuesday! Here is some motivation for the people who feel stuck and think they will never reach their goals. Everytime I post a picture at least one person in the comments ask for a before photo. Well here it is. The before picture was April 2020 at around 315-320lbs, the after picture was a couple weeks ago towards the end of my recent bulk up at around 195lbs. I started this journey around July 2020. It's been about a year and a half. Extremely clean diet. No cheat meals. Lots of cardio and weight lifting, and consistency (not to mention awesome genetics 🧬 😂)!! That's how I did it. Of course now I've gotten a little more relaxed on the diet nothing else has really changed.

Amazing 💪🏼 looking at these two images. That’s awesome that you don’t have loose skin from losing the weight so fast. I does take a lot of dedication and not falling into temptation to lose focus. Stay strong 💪🏼

Rinda, my best advise would be to not overcomplicate things. Stay away from fad diets. You don't need to fast, do keto or anything like that (unless that's what you like to do) Eat less, move more and stick to it.
