So stressed about the cricket, I've been eating non-stop. Still within my calorie limit but RAPIDLY heading towards going above maintenance. Just so SCARED that it will lead to another binge. Especially since I had a really good weigh-in today. And Im ALONE!!! All the danger signs. What shud I do???? Drink water? yes. i'll drink water. have to change the pattern of this negative behaviour. Brush teeth. Drink water. Chew gum.
