Overall good day today. Some downs, but many redeeming ups as well. I packed a healthy lunch from home, but there was a pizza lunch at work, and it was tempting! So I decided to just have the tops and skip the crust, which I managed for one little square..it hardly registered, so I went for a second square, but this time I couldn't bring myself to throw the crust and ended up eating it. That was pretty much all the food, other than a coffee with cream, until 5.30 pm. At which point, I grabbed a little bag of peanuts from the vending machine, and then upon coming home I finished those peanuts from yesterday (which should have been junked in the garbage YESTERDAY!!!). NO MORE PEANUTS NOW!!! I hate the after-feeling of lethargy from the fat, bloating from the salt, and guilt from the wrongdoing!!! Not to mention I'll probably not see a loss tomorrow (although I did see one today despite yesterday's nut binge!!)
Redeeming points: Worked out with more intensity today. Wore my wrist weights, and put in 30 mins on the bike (160 k), 30 mins walking on the treadmill at 4 mph (240K), and 30 mins on the elliptical (177k). And did 3 sets of biceps, 3 sets of lateral raises, and 2 sets of shoulder upright press.
Water intake was decent, esp. in the second half of the day.
Rounded off the day with my protein shake with soy milk. Tomorrow, I want to add more weights, ab crunches, and running.
