legs and back today- 59min p90x. wow! I stayed with them as much as i could but struggle with balance on a few of the moves.lol. HOPE to get in a 1.5 mile walk at lunch but it may be too cold.
I should know better than get on the scale but wanted to see if I was on track to see a good lose for my weigh in on Monday- actually up a lb. I know I shouldn't worry too much about it cuz I am building muscle too but I quess I need to see that scale move alittle more. Calories were a fit high yesterday as was fat and carbs. maybe if I'm carefull this weekend I will still see a small lose Monday.

Good luck! I did shoulders & arms this morning and ab ripper. Ugh!! I did it though and stuck with it. Do you do the pull-ups for the legs & back or do you use bands? I used to live in a house with a pole in the basement that I could use with the bands, but now the doorways are too high for my pull up bar and nothing to put the bands around. Any suggestions? Anyway, just stick with your workouts through the weekend and I'm sure you'll be fine. Everybody has those higher calorie days, but we can't let them set us back. Good luck with weigh-in on Monday!

our basement is too low to hang the pull up bar but we do have one.I use the bands off my bowflex or actually hook up the bowflex pull down bar. I wanted some sort of hook but my husband left before he could figure it out. do you just skip the pull ups for now?

I just step on the bands and pull them up for now. I figure something is better than nothing, until I get the band situation figured out. But I'm in my 3rd week and after the 4th I'll be doing more with the pull up bar or bands and I have to figure something out before then.
