Sooo I have slacked off for a long time. I have been terrible. Horrible, somebody please tell me I deserve the 8 lbs. I have gained. I want to weigh 128 again. I want to feel a flat belly again. I have no excuse, I can blame Starbucks and those stupid raspberry mochas with whipped cream. They are my partner in crime....
Well I am back at it and am feeling motivated. I signed up for another Half Marathon yesterday. It takes place in June. I know I can do it. I am focused and am running. This Saturday I am shooting for 4 miles. I will be increasing a mile each Saturday and running 3 times during the week for 30-45 minutes in preperation. I can do this.... I can fit into those lovely Hudson jeans in my closet that I absolutely love but can't get my butt to make room for....
