3 days so far and I feel I've been really rigorous. There's so much out there on the diet - milk or not - diet sodas or not - I'm not having too much of either but I'm sticking to the REALLY FATTY milk and creme when at all possible.
Still doesn't click in my head that eating this way will work. We'll see.
