I am going to go do cardio at the gym tonight. I think it'll help me feel better. I want to get into the habit of going to the gym for cardio at least twice a week on top of the three times I go for cardio and workout.
It's just hard to stay on track.
I think it will help me get back on track after last week if I go tonight, and tomorrow night. Our workouts will be sat, sun, and mon after that.
I know once I get the ball rolling again, I'll stay on it because once I start feeling better again, it is it's own encouragement to keep going.
