I wish the weather would warm up or at least stop raining/snowing. I'd like to get off the treadmil and get outside to walk.

I hear you. It's not raining or snowing here (yet), but it's cold and windy. I've wanted to be able to go outside after work, but when it's cold and yucky it really makes it easier to sit on the couch and veg. Good luck to you, at least you are on the treadmill!!
