Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 19 August 2014

I fell off my diet big time last week and I am currently paying the price for taking the quick and fast food drive through menu and coming home and falling asleep. My weight is back to 185 and I feel terrible. My BP is up due to my salt sensitivity. If you have ever did a google search on your favorite fast food restaurants you see the amount of sodium in one meal is ridiculous. Thank GOD my work load is starting to taper off as we start to come to the end of the season. School started yesterday so it's back to the books and running the school zone routes everyday.

I am current back in boot camp for weight lost now. This week seriously into detox to flush out the toxins in my system. I noticed that my arthritic symptoms started to surface last week after being symptom free for six months. This set back has taught me to stick to my healthy eating no matter what and get my daily workout in even if I am tired something is better than nothing. My co-workers are all looking at me and laughing as I bring my lunch bag to work like all good school kids did yesterday. It's okay because in four months who will be laughing when I loose the weight.

Bring out the big guns now no more side lining, back to the basics and getting the motivation back up.

Love the quote & renewed motivation. It's a process for us all, sweet friend, and getting back on track when we make not so great choices is the key. Good for you! xoxox
