Trying out a new Firm Bootcamp exercise video: Maximum Calorie Burn. Even though I consider myself a fit person, this workout is plenty challenging. Love the cardio mixed with a little bit of weight work, lots of plyometrics, and even includes abdominals. This workout really has it all.
