I've been trying just to eat healthier and work out more. Needless to say, I haven't been accomplishing much since my goal was strictly "to do more."

I'm going to try a real goal this time - nothing huge. I think setting mini goals will help me feel like I achieved something. So, I am putting in writing that my goal for April is to work out at least three times a week. Even achieving this small goal will be a great improvement over what I've been doing.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
