So had my bookclub yesterday and what do you know the table like always is layed out with scrumptious eats... ended up having a bacon and cheese muffin and a slice of apple crumble... 🙈🙈 had no lumch or dinner last night only an oats blueberry muffin 89cals.. hope my next weigh in shows a downward trend and not an upward one...
