It's here! Friday at last! I hope you all had a sucessful and rewarding week. Here is another one of my tips. I hope you enjoy.

I wanted to list the things that I think contributed to me meeting my weight loss goals in hopes that it may help someone else. And please remember, this is what has worked for ME, your mileage will vary. I will post one tip per weekday.

Tip 16 of 26

Remember that everyone is different when it comes to diet and exercise. What works for one person may not work for you. Experiment with your macros and calorie intake. See what happens if you add 100 calories a day for a week. Sometimes adding calories actually induces weight loss if you are deep into a caloric deficit. Don’t be afraid of eating if you’re making wise food choices. Strive to achieve “complete control” of your food intake and learn how your body reacts to different foods, macros, exercises and whatever else you can think of. There are no hard and fast rules to weight loss and great health. You make them up as you go.

True story, I tried doing low carb AND low fat a few years back, BAD IDEA! After adding some cals and carbs, it just melted right off! Can't starve your body!

In 100% agreement on your tip. We can learn a lot from others and apply it to what we do, but we are all different people and what works for one person may not work for another. Each of us are on our own journey and need to figure out the way, that's part of the fun.
