I accept the feeling of being full. I realize that being full does not equal being fat. I won't fear the feeling of fullness; it's natural and normal. I do not overeat, therefore I have no need to fear weight gain. I am full of of REAL food, not junk. I won't let this take over my life; I need to be free. I will do better to pace my eating tomorrow as to prevent a major calories deficit by dinner. I can't regard this as a failure, but instead I'll think of it as a learning experience. I will repeat this to myself whenever I need to...I will get better.
