Trader Joes orange chicken, better than takeout. I went wayyy over my calories today, like 2200...but I was REALLY hungry so im not going to fret. Tomorrow is leg day again babyyyy

No worries. Those muscled legs will use it all up. Sometimes more cals are a good thing. I’ve learned more is better some days!! 💪🏻💪🏻
