For breakfast I have 2 rice cakes with cherry tomatoes, lettuce and boiled or fried egg. Still pretty low in cals.

Also, you can have peanut butter & blueberries on it. Really tasty 😋

Thanks for the suggestions! Jodi, cheese is my favourite but basil pesto is not far behind. And Mandy, I would never have thought of pairing peanut butter and blueberries, but saw fresh blueberries in the shops today so here we go! 🫐

I mix into a bowl, 1 tin tuna, chopped chilli, 50g fat free cottage cheese, 30g trim mayo, garlic salt and paprika. mix it up and add onto 3 corn thins and I top it off with 50g fat free feta on top of them... delicious 😋

I add either of the following: chives; spring onion; basil; rocket; sprouts or cucumber with the cream cheese 😋

I love putting some biltong shavings or powered on those crackers with the cottage cheese.

staying with rice is a great idea. there are rice crackers which I love.. nice salt and low calories.. a much healthier one is julienne carrots with nice dipping sauce ( chilli sauce , some low fat mayonnaise and maybe some lemon juice)
