I was craving breakfast for lunch. :/ I just ate over 700 calories and feel so full now. Eeoo! It was good while it went down, but I think the number of calories it contained is making me regret having eaten what I ate: scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes with butter and syrup. I just didn't feel like eating my 180 calories split pea soup with crackers today. Shoulda woulda coulda!

Cravings sometimes get to us. Your high calorie lunch means you have only 300 some calories left for the day, and your fiber today is extremely low. Eat a salad and lots of veggies for dinner. Maybe that will help.
