I think Billy feels grounded with the diet and exercise regiment I'm putting on him. He'll thank me later though...right?! I've got us drinking shakes in the morning, and lunch (or protein bar), and have only the protein side of dinner. No beer, wine or soda for 2 weeks either. That will be hard for me too. I got Billy to go to my Cardio Interval class today and I think it kicked his butt, like it does mine every week. I'm hoping he gets that day after muscle ache I get, so he can strop calling me a baby..lol. I'm wanting to go to another class today if I can, but not sure I'll convince him to do two classes in one day. One class was hard enough to get him to.
Billy says to me this morning that he likes girls with a little meat on them, and I'm running out of meat. The truth is, I still have 10-15 lbs to loose until I'm comfortable. My stomach still looks like I have a baby in there, and I won't be happy until that is flat. I think the reason Billy thinks I'm getting too thin, is cause I've lost my butt. There was enough fat in there to account for all the weight I've lost so far. My butt though is not a fair indicator of my bmi because I simple have no gluteus maximus. I need to work up the muscles back there. Once I have muscle, I'll have a butt again. The orthopedic noticed how weak I am there almost immediately at my last meeting with him. I have pretty bad muscle apathy all around my hips because of the surgeries. I want the physical therapy to address this. I wish my Doc would get back to me on the referral for that. Billy says I need to focus less on weight loss, and more on saving money....for a tummy tuck and butt lift....lol. I'll save the money I think by doing the manual labor.
