this weekend was a mess when it came to eating! i had a wonderful week of exercising last week (worked out for 3 days straight) but only thing was that we went up to Paso Robles & that screwed up everything!! well i screwed it up! i really didnt watch what i ate & didnt even bother going to exercise!
goal this week is to cute back on my eating "binges" & exercise 4 out of 5 days (not including weekends)
