Today, October 24, marks a week and a day past my falling and breaking a rib last Saturday night. I've had a healthy appetite even with the pain, and that plus much less walking enabled a weight gain to top off the weight gain prior to the fall for which I have no excuse. So I'm up to almost 190 but have no plans to go above 190. Today I walked slowly for a little over an hour, over 6,000 steps, although it's a little hard to breathe. Motrin has been decreased to 2 to 3 times a day rather than round the clock. here's a painting of mine from a few years back with the Halloween spirit.
