Lanjutan,
Weight lifting as my mental therapy, aku pernah bertarung dengan depresi, anxiety dll. Dari hasil therapy terakhir ke psikiater aku disarankan mengonsumsi obat-obatan, tapi aku menolak dan mimilih olahraga/latihan beban sebagai terapi ku, terapi untuk fokus ku. Alhamdulillah feel so much better, dan mulai sembuh dari depresi sejak tahun lalu. Kadang masih sering merasa anxiety, tapi selalu punya banyak cara untuk mengendalikan pikiran. Buat kalian pejuang depresi, anxiety, bipolar dan pejuang mental health lainnya don't ever give up, jangan pernah merasa sendiri. Temukan sesuatu positif untuk mengontrol pikiran, emosi then stick on it!
Jadikan pola hidup sehat acuan 🔥💪🏼🥰, so you could love yourself more and more💚!
