So its been over a week since I've checked in...Last Thursday I got on the scale and didn't like what I saw...It showed a 3 pound gain..I was good all week with my food and exercise, so when I saw that it really got me down, I was so disappointed that I didn't record it. I hopped on the scale this morning and it's back where I was on March 10th(3 pound loss from Thursday...I don't get it. So now I feel better and motivated for the week, but I can't believe how a stupid number on a scale can change your mood so quickly... I'm taking a boxing class tonight, so I'm kind of excited for that. I'll let you know how it goes....Stay Motivated and have a great week everyone!!!
