this is one of my my fave suppers. Almost like a soup. loaded with masala!

hi I have difficulty with craving for something sweet especially at night after supper or when I have a meal. what would you recommend to eat as a replacement to ease the crave

A mug of nomu skinny hot chocolate does the trick for me

Strawnerries are super low in calories. You can take a few blocks of chocolate and melt them for a dip

Skinny hot choc with two marshmallows in it.... Under 100 cals in total and does wonders for the cravings x
