I completely lost my appetite last Wednesday after badly spraining my ankle. I was in so much pain. The pain subsided today and I finally broke my water fast with miso soup followed with this very refreshing cucumber, tomato and onion salad with a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper, lemon and salt dressing. All came to a whopping 39 calories and I'm so FULL! Very satisfying. I'm determined to hit my goal weight realistically by my birthday first week in December.

Cucumber is 99% water and I 2 extra helpings of this salad. Besides, my stomach has shrunk significantly with IF and I can only eat so much especially after coming out of an extended fast. I guess it' is all relative. 👌😁

If I ate that I would definitely have to have a Slim Fast chocolate bar with it because you're allowed free pieces of fruit what you have there on the plate would be equivalent to 3 pieces of fruit so after I've had the SlimFast but and your meal on the plate I would then go on to having stir-fry and something like meat or fish and then I would be onto my second bar and be done for the day but I don't eat bananas and I don't eat rice and the only potato I will eat and it is only one at a time and that's a sweet potato I do like ravioli pasta mixed with spinach it's the one that you get in the packet that doesn't have tomato ketchup each square pasta is filled with spinach it's dry in a see-through container that's kept in the fridge you can get back from Morrisons I like the cut mine in half so I might have one and a half on the plate or 3 if I'm feeling greedy but no more than that especially as the doctor said I was diabetic did another blood test and I'm not diabetic anymore thanks to SlimFast my virtually cut SlimFast everyday my my meat or veg with some fast the weights falling off I've got one more stone to go once I reach 13 stands I'll be happy
