Had a "beige meal" with brown rice, a natural Oregon tuna packet and I splurged and had a pudding cup for dessert. Today I have not been as good with not snacking. I tend to get snacky when I'm at the office and cold.

Find a buddy and go on a snacking strike! My office is filled with candy, donuts, etc. Just call it something fun and it helps. Candy strike!
