Fighting a cold and have tickets for a show today - blah - Had a package of Italian sausage from Costco - was going to make a sausage and peppers recipe out of the weight watchers cookbook - then I noticed that recipe used turkey sausage and the sausage I bought was pork sausage so I entered the package info into fatsecret and found out there were 11 points in one link of sausage (which I love). No wonder I have weight issues - I'm clueless! Needless to say I ended up with a healthy choice dinner instead! Thank goodness for fatsecret!

I hate knowing how many calories or extra points I eat on days that I don't watch the numbers. I think we are getting "less clueless" about stuff. Eh, it is suppose to get easier: right??

I notice the out of whack portions on things a lot. Brian Regen, a comedian, talks about the serving size of fig newtons being 2...2!!!. He said for him he eats them by the "sleeve"...glad you made it through.
