I'm tired of talking and dreaming about loosing weight. I'm finally starting, and I want this community to help me keep moving forward to a healthier lifestyle. ========= I've already lost 30 lbs over the last year. I want to get rid of 55 lbs, then refine what I can. ========= I cannot wait for the 8 week challenge! I'm excited and ready to start! My daily plan is to have 3 medium meals(Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner(before 7pm)) and my protein shakes in between. For exercise I'm going to DDR(dance dance revolution) after work for 30-60 minutes.
