Love Chinese food. Lately I just have two pieces of chicken from the chicken &broccoli. Load up on veggies.

Deaby, in processed packed foods it h's to be listed, not restaurants. The restaurant supply store I go to sells it in 5 lb containers. Some restaurants will accommodate with no msg if you ask. The fast Chinese places don't usually have that option. msg is in all sorts of foods, McDonald's foods are loaded with it.

I LOVE Chinese. I will only eat orange chicken, dumplings or spring rolls. those are my three favorite things and I wont go crazy if I know I only order those... im drooling just thinking about them!

Thanks for the comments! Since i have stopped going t the chinese buffet i have lost weight. When i was eating it i didn't lose anything! When i splurge i traded Chinese for a half serving of lasagna me and my husband spilt with a salad.

Cook Chinese at home. It's very healthy. That way you have control.
