Had a celebration lunch today and I didn't want to attend because I had no idea how much calories were in the food.
I wish I could say I don't regret it but I really do.....
I wish I could also say it was worth it but the way this scale isn't budging I can't say I'm not thinking about giving up right....about....now....what is the point of eating healthy if I'm just staying at the same weight? Why not go back to eating junk food? Its less effort, less thought, and guess what? My weight stays the same.
I NEED SOME FLIPPIN MOTIVATION!

Look at your chart, you are losing fine. Weight loss isn't an exact science. We have weeks of losing, staying the same and gains. It's all a part of the journey. You have to decide if you are in this for the long haul. Otherwise you will forever be on the yo-yo diet train. You need to make changes for life. It's about getting healthy. If you don't exercise and can, start. It will help with weight loss and firming up. Build your diet around lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch the processed foods because they contain a lot of sodium which can make you retain water. Get some fitness magazines and read them. Take an exercise class you have always wanted. Find ways to get excited and motivated about exercise and eating healthy. Stay the course and keep going. You are worth it. The scale will eventually move. Also, pay attention to how your clothes are fitting.
