Happy with the way it is going. I think I have achieved high degree of self control on food intake. The issue with Indian home made food is that it is high on carbs. Adding egg to the food items would be great come next week. Generally I am happy to stick to the plan. I can feel the difference and I am sure I will reach my goals.

That's great. I see you're not eating veggies or fruits, do you not like them? At least drink some vitamin supplements then. Since you're a guy you should eat 1500 calories a day, that is the recommended amount. Women should eat no less then 1200 cals a day. You want to be healthy while losing weight.

I agree i have been performing badly on this front. I will get it sorted in a few days. I will add egg whites/fish/roasted chicken/pulses for protein intake. Then second addition would be as you suggested vitamins. Will start to increase intake to 1500 calories. Thanks for the comment.
