Oh my... it has gotten so busy with life these days! I hope all my fatsecret friends are doing OK. I am going to be on a bit of a hiatus because I am having a procedure this week. If I am able to log in I will. In the meantime, I hope you are all doing well and still fighting the good fight!

hello friends .. I am back and recovering! Thank you for your good wishes.
Tulip: Yup! I have been upping my carbs but trying to keep them under 100! Trying to see how much I an eat and still lose! Breadfruit is a fruit/veggie that has a bread like texture when baked in the oven. I tried some last week at my mom's... it was interesting and good .. but something I would have rarely and only in small doses (very carby).
