Forgot to weigh in yesterday but not bad. Going in the right direction again, just 6 weeks to go until my first target date and another nearly 9lbs to lose
148.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1760 kcal Fat: 49.82g | Prot: 57.92g | Carb: 269.29g.   Breakfast: Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed, Aldi Wholenut Crunchy Peanut Butter, Aldi Unsweetened Soya Milk, Maple Syrup, Dried Cranberries, Mornflake Organic Oats. Lunch: Maple Syrup , Carrots, Cashew Nuts, Lentil Soup. Dinner: Asda Stir Fry Vegetables, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other: Ryvita Thins Sweet Chilli Flatbreads, Aldi Bourbon Cream Biscuits, Nakd Peanut Delight Bar, Grapes, Tea with Milk. more...
