This morning I did:
Caroline Girvan - MUSCLE BUILDING Back and Bicep Workout | EPIC III Day 26

Wowee! A really great workout! This was the first time I've done one on the day it's published and following the schedule she sets. Not sure if I'll try to keep up with it as I would be randomly starting somewhere in the middle, but tomorrow is 'Squat' day - so I'm very tempted. Will see how I feel in the morning.

Walking to the library later so that will be my 60 move minutes for Google Fit. Last week my daily walks took a back seat (so much so that they ended up in the boot I think) so I'll try to get back to trying for 6,000 steps a day this week.

I thought I'd met my target of under 1,800 daily average calories this week, but then remembered having a cappuccino with two sugars and a Biscoff biscuit yesterday while out for a walk with a Meetup group. Only takes me over by 10 calories so I think that's still fine. Would love to get to a solid 68kg by Friday's weigh-in though. So I'll aim for the same target this week.

We're starting to meet some people now and it feels so nice to just chat to some friendly folk. Somehow made me feel so much better that I called an old friend on Saturday evening and we ended up chatting for over 2 hours. Then also connected with both of my sisters yesterday - we usually message a few times a week, but it was nice to do a video chat for a change. Also did some cleaning I'd put off last weekend - so all-in-all a good weekend. I just have one more task to do for hubby's birthday/anniversary gift this week. It will take a few hours of work so will do it in working hours this week as my clients are quiet right now (I'm a freelancer). So, onward to getting things done!

Hope you all have a lovely week!

I have also trawled though her workouts- Amazing. But they are currently well above my pay grade.

Thanks Anne! I'm not at the level where I can keep up with her whole program yet😬, but I do enjoy doing the odd workout.

Adpully, they are quite above mine as well, but she has such a positive attitude she makes me want to try. And I'm still using very light weights and taking breaks if/when I can't quite keep up.

I love Caroline. I add her stuff often. The shortest stuff gives me crazy DOMS so it’s very effective.
