For 61 calories, this dessert is a fave. I almost eat nightly. I sometimes add granola or coconut flakes, but when minimizing counts, I eat like this.

CrystalJo74-it’s just 0% plain. With the Carmel syrup (in the pic) and whip-I don’t even need flavored. Sometimes I’ll add a half packet of Stevia, if I want a bit sweeter w/no guilt.

Ridemariel-it is SO good. You can perfect it to your tast too! Add more caramel-no guilt! Walden Farms Caramel is awesome.
