what i understood about callories? best of all eat what you like , avoid fast food and sugar, just eat them sometimes and not to stuck your mind on food! walk daily as much a you can! gym at least once a week! good luck!

Heck yes, great advice. Listen to your body and learn. It's not easy, as the dang thing (body) changes every 5 years or so! 🤘😂
