I NEED CHANGE! I WORKED OUT MON. TUES. & WED. (& HOPEFULLY I GO TODAY!). I HAVEN'T LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK WHICH I GUESS IS GOOD BUT MY GOAL IS TO LOSE UP TO 5+ LBS BY THE END OF THE MONTH!!! I NEED TO REALLY CONTROL MY CRAVINGS AND NOT GIVE IN SO EASILY! LUCKY FOR ME I HAVE A VERY LOVING AND "STRICT" FIANCE WHO KNOWS HOW TO LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN'T HAVE ANY MORE! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM, THIS WEEK WOULD HAVE GONE TO SHET AND I WOULD HAVE GAINED MORE LBS!! FOR NOW I THINK I HAVE BEEN IMPROVING WITH HITTING THE GYM MORE OFTEN! NOW I HAVE TO KEEP THAT UP AND REALLY WATCH MY EATING HABITS! I FEEL GOOD & I KNOW I HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IN ME THAT BY APRIL 1ST I WOULD WEIGH 150 LBS!! GOOOO ME!! :)
