Yay! Its my second day of my food plan and I think its going really well. I've lost another pound so that's exciting but as I left my appointment with the Slim4Life people my car started acting up. So, it was a good and a bad day.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
