Ended the day @ 1767 calories....33 under 😀 I had the corn in the fridge & knew Hubby wouldn't cook it while I was away so that became part of dinner. I had 3 cobs...he might reheat the extra for a meal.

Looks amazing. I wish I could eat that much and lose weight. My metabolism is so messed up that at 2000 calories, I gain weight.
