my days of journaling are at an end...easier to just keep track of my eating an exercising and occasionally send out an email...means less time sittin at the computer an more time up an moving...weather is gettin nicer...more outside things to do...the first days of spring are almost here..and the temps are in the 60s next few days looks like ...with chances of rain...have alotta raking to do to get the leaves picked up so i can get the yard ready for cuttin the grass when that starts...need to decide if im gonna grow tomatoes this year or not...and get my 5 gallon buckets ready if i do...just more to do with the weather changing for the better...even though the scales arent showing the loss, my belt is...i took up another hole on it yesterday...so i know im workin off inches at the present time...and thats just as good as seeing the scales show a loss...all is well ...REMEMBER..NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF !!!!!.....have a great one...
