I can't believe that I finally lost some weight! I'm on day four of phase 1, and I've lost three pounds this week. Crazy! I wish that this could keep up and I could lose 14 pounds in phase 1...
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
