Well I've been away for a while but it doesn’t mean i haven been trying!! i recently Joined the gym in work and weirdly after 4 weeks i seem to have gained more weight :( I have been recording my diet for 2 days and i plan to stick to it for a long time as my holiday is at the end of June and that gives me plenty of time to lose 10lbs!! =D i need a few tips on how to avoid snacking in work as I work til 10PM. any ideas???

Muscle weighs more than fat. Drink lots of water every day.

Eat about every 2 - 3 hours, but eat something high protein and healthy.
