Thank you. It definitely makes a difference being stronger to make it easier to push and pull heavier patients on and off the gurneys and push them up to their rooms on the floors.

You know, we RNs may not be able to hit the gym often, but we sure do workout!! I’m proud of my arms and my ability to move heavy people. Thank you for posting this, and thank you for all you do! 💕🩺 Stay safe!

nice bicep work. and yeah nursing is a crazy workout. I was only an LPN. we had a few 250 to 300 pound men that entered the monthly floor diving championships. Alzheimer's unit.
