I had my mat class today.. it was awesome.. My legs are gonna be on fire tomorrow. I was worried about going down the stairs after class.. I got 3 steps down and had to think.. should I go the last 10 or so steps or go back up the 3 and take the elevator? I opted for the rest of the stairs.. but I was wobbly. I will for sure add some of the new moves into my daily stuff. No I am ready for a nap. :)

Lol I kind of love the wobbly feeling after a work out, makes me feel like I really did something! Also, way to go on opting for the stairs!
