Ugh!!! Horrible eating day yesterday!! I ate everything that wasn't rotten, spoiled, stale or expired. I was home all day b/c my daughter has an ear infection. I don't do so well when I'm at home. Too much temptation. I better get a handle on my snacking or I'm going to gain 50 more pounds!!! Today is a new day. Today is a better day. I'm going to face today with a renewed passion and self-discipline. This weight WILL come off!!

It's one day. Don't be so hard on yourself. Today is a new day. I think the key is setting yourself up for success. Is it possible to remove all the bad food in the house so you don't feel tempted? I know if I go food shopping and everything is healthy but the cookies and icecream. I get home, and the cookies and icecream is what I go to first. If it's not there, you're forced to eat the healthy stuff right? You can do this! Regardless, it's great that you got a couple hours of excercise in! Good job with that! Best of luck! -C

I went grocery shopping and bought myself some healthy snack options. I got some Fiber One bars and other sweet snacks. I have a healthy cupboard just for me and I actually do better. Yesterday was great!! Tahnks!!
