Had a killer gym work out and paid attnetion to the weights which i think sculpt me. I feel so good- i really can see my goal weigh and body in sight. I will continue to work out and eat well and I know I'll be there before I know it.
I have also aded some vitamins to my diet as I do feel like the vegan diet may have left me lacking in some things or perhaps my body was adjusting. Either way my mood is far better than it had been :) kisses
