Feeling a little down today...ive really been trying hard and I honestly never have cheat days, and I have not lost any weight in 15 days. its really starting to get to me. :(

its normal to stop losing for a bit but one way you can kick start it is to eat a little more than usual and to eat different foods. Then after a few days cut back on the amount of food just a bit (not crazy like) and then KEEP mixing up what you eat. =]

You can lose fat and not see it on the scale. See how your clothes are fitting. Do they feel more loose? Keep changing things up and push through it. The scale will move again.

ok thanks maybe ill try mixing it up a little. i have been eating the same things for a while now. its just hard because im dong atkins so my choices are somewhat limited.
