Hi😊 my FS Fam I'm back thanks to @Katsolo & @yfritz hopefully I got that right for reaching out to see how I was. Took some time off to spend time with myself and my crazy thoughts. Alive but dead inside☹️ I've still been logging everything even the bad I've been doing better this week but the entire month of September I been back to my vicious cycle of trying to eat my sad feelings away, didn't work just gave me indigestion and 4 lbs extra to carry around added to my problems. this is me a WK ago tried to do dry curls to my hair to add some volume and because I miss my natural wild curly hair which I haven't been able to leave wet due to my hair falling out after extreme rapid weight loss causing my hair to fall in chunks it was awful, so I got a very short haircut in February and made it even now is all beautiful, long, and, repaired don't want to damage it but it so flat when blow dried these curls only lasted 1 day lol I paid more than what they lasted. On the right is a picture of my new favorite breakfast Overnight Oats I will never eat store made so much sugar and chemicals ruins it's nutrion. amazing benefits delicious and easy to make. This one has organic rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, almond butter, chia seeds, vanilla extract, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and natural blueberry buets syrup I made. Can't wait to post all new recipes in beautiful glass jars I bought to make different ones for each morning😉

I missed you! Welcome back. I’m struggling a bit, too. Mostly with time and the dark and everything that always has to get done. Unending.
