If you havent tried them Green Giant makes Veggie Cauliflower hashbrowns that contain no potatoes. They are usually found in the freezer section in Walmart and are BOMB!!! Also I know it sounds weird but try the ham and add broccoli florets to your scrambled eggs. One of my all time favorite breakfasts right there :)

Probly not gonna cauli, but I've seen the broccoli idea before, and it looks tempting...
Probly a good way to lighten up a heavy meal so it doesn't cramp the day!
