Ugh! I have officially gained 10 pounds since getting pregnant and I still have 3 1/2 months to go. I really don't want to gain over 20 total, luckily it's beginning to be nice out so I can start walking.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 March 2011:
1754 kcal Fat: 65.41g | Prot: 51.79g | Carb: 245.13g.   Breakfast: cappuccino, fat free milk, corn pops, custard doughnut. Lunch: baby carrots, braeburn , peanut butter, cub raspberry, sandwich thin. Dinner: french style green beans, braeburn, hellman's light mayo, large egg, sandwich thin. Snacks/Other: corn pops, lance toast chee. more...

It's healthy to gain some weight while pregnant. 25-35 lbs is recommended for a person of a healthy weight.
